Our inspections are followed up by easy to understand, narrative written reports which describe defects and include recommendations and are sent out the same or next business day.

Mold inspections vary according to client request (contact us for pricing).
Limited Sampling: Detect for the presence of mold in client-defined areas by collecting of one or more air, swab or carpet samples sent to the lab for analysis.
Mold Screen: Visual inspection for the presence of mold in "red flag"* or special concern areas of a subject property. Collection of a minimum of three samples in a "red flag" area sent to the lab for analysis.
Mold Survey: Provide a comprehensive mold assessment of a subject property by inspecting and sampling all "red flag" areas and collecting data sufficient to produce remediation specifications.
* "Red flag" areas show visible mold or conditions that could lead to microbial growth.
All mold sampling and testing is followed by laboratory analysis. We also offer Post Cleaning and Air Clearance Testing.
